Daisy Visit Highlights Demand for Private Sector Jobs

Daisy Group plc was able to highlight the demand for private sector jobs during a high profile visit from the Director General of the CBI (Confederation of British Industry).
We tied in the visit from John Cridland with a recruitment day which attracted more than 400 job-seekers to our Nelson headquarters.

Mr Cridland, who speaks up for the business community on public platforms and with government, chose Daisy as one of two highly successful companies he was keen to visit during his whistle stop tour of the North West.

“You’re hired!” Matthew Riley joins Lord Sugar in BBC One’s The Apprentice

Daisyplc breathes new life into Prodigy hang-out

A leading Lancashire telecoms firm has ‘pimped’ an old London Routemaster bus which previously belonged to The Prodigy front-man Liam Howlett.

The iconic bus was bought for Liam as a bizarre birthday gift by his wife Natalie Appleton of All Saints fame and was used as a hang-out for the band in the star’s London back garden.

The cream of the North West’s business graduates are being sought by a rapidly growing telecoms company.
